Art. 165
PRESTACIONES
Vigente desde 2025-10-07
En el régimen mixto, el IESS entregará las siguientes prestaciones por contingencias de invalidez, vejez y muerte: a. Pensión ordinaria de vejez; b. Pensión de vejez por edad avanzada; c. Pensión ordinaria de invalidez, d. Pensiones de viudez y orfandad; e. Subsidio transitorio por incapacidad; y, f. Prestación asistencial no contributiva por vejez o invalidez.
